The deadline for submitting your manuscript for inclusion in our IOBC Bulletin (the green book) is early January, 2009.

We urge you to meet this deadline, because having this Bulletin published on time and mailed to you before the conference is instrumental for interactions amongst participants at IOBC Work Group meetings. Please be aware that IOBC Bulletins are citable. Text, figures and tables to be published in IOBC Bulletins should therefore not be submitted in duplicate form to reviewed journals. Having said that, note that expanded abstracts (1-2 pages) as well as complete Bulletin manuscripts are welcome. Keeping this in mind, we believe there is
more than ample room to publish your research in our IOBC Bulletin without endangering a future scientific publication.
All presenters are requested to go to the lecture room at least 15 minutes before the start of their session in order to prepare/update the necessary audio-visual equipment.
Presentation assistants will be available before each session. A computer, beamer (for PowerPoint presentations) and overhead projector will be available.
Please bring your presentation on CDR, or USB-stick, note that presentations made on Apple computers may cause problems!
Posters The ideal poster size should be a maximum of 120 cm high x 90 cm wide. Fasteners (velcro/double sided tape) will be provided at the site.
